Ultimately Natural's Manuka Honey Powder is produced from Australian Manuka Honey. The Manuka Honey is blended with tapioca maltodextrin and then dried through the innovative ultra dry low-temperature process to preserve flavour and colour. The powder is milled to give a uniform product and packaged under a nitrogen atmosphere to maintain freshness. Note the packaging for this is 5 x 10kg boxes
