Shipping Times and Delivery
Where applicable, deliveries will be made by the carrier to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery of your order or advise us on checkout that you give permission to leave your order without a signature.
We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 2 working days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed and you will be notified. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.
We will deliver to most addresses within Australia, unfortunately we do not yet deliver to International locations. All deliveries are made between 8:30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday by fast way couriers or Australia Post.

Fastway couriers and Australia Post carry the latest handheld technology, so it's easy to keep track of your deliveries online with their parcel tracking system. We log all our parcels via the selected couriers tracking numbers and can provide this if requested. After you have purchased a product if you wish to obtain your tracking number then just email us at sales@ultimatelynatural.com.au and we email you back with your delivery tracking number
